I could write on forever about how I found my passion in photography, but I don’t want to bore you. I really hope my passion for what I do shines through my photos and does all the talking for me. Instead I want you to know who you are thinking about hanging out with all day on one of the most important days of your life. So, here’s 5 completely random but true to heart facts about who I really am – not just as a photographer, but as a human being.

1 – I collect used books. I like to imagine who owned them before & wonder where they’ve been and what they’ve seen. If I could bottle up a scent it would be the pages of a book and I’d carry it with me everywhere. I have a huge library of my own at home and its without a doubt my happy place. Sometimes clients gift me books they think I’ll like and I’ve Kim K ugly cried over it.

2 – When we have a fire in the backyard I purposely wash my hair BEFORE so that it will smell like the smokey flames for a few days. When I’m in bed and I can smell it I pretend I’m still an adventurous 20 something, and not really a suburban 30 something mom.

3 – For the LIFE of me I can not remember the first kiss my husband and I shared, but I remember as clear as day the first time I farted in front of him. Mary Jane Falls hike – 2013. I told him, well now you’re stuck with me and he just said ok cool. I knew it was meant to be.

4 – My absolute favorite show is Queer Eye. My oldest daughter and I have date nights together. We pop popcorn & go hard on binge watching it. Ok hunnnnay?!

5 – I should probably put this as numero uno – but I am a mother of three little girls who look identical, and I mean IDENTICAL to me. If you ask if I plan on having anymore I’ll literally laugh in your face, nope nope nope. I am way out numbered. (Babe if you’re reading this IM SO SERIOUS, NO)
